ANDRE PETERS
Andre Peters is the President of AMP Home Care that is passionate and committed to serve a purpose to help individuals with Intellectual Disability, Autism and Mental Health. Andre has been actively involved in every aspect of developing AMP Home Care. Andre is a Husband and a Father of Two Children. Andre believe in equality, my passion in helping others comes from a desire to serve as an advocate to create and structure equal opportunity for individuals in need of help. Through my experiences Andre have overcome many adversities. At 16, Andre volunteered at UMPC Presbyterian Hospital and also obtained a job working on a Trauma Unit. Through this experience Andre gain a more personal understanding of Mental Health. Andre open my first business at 22 years of age, which help me to gain business experience and financial experience as an Entrepreneur. My ultimate goal is to structure a family Oriented Health Care Agency that customizes care for individuals in need and create equal job opportunity for all people.
MARLAINA PETERS
Marlaina Peters is the Vice President for AMP Home Care who works with Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities, Autism, and Mental Health. Marlaina believes no matter what our struggles are we can all reach our highest goals in life. Marlaina is passionate about caring for individuals and making sure they feel supported in every way. Marlaina has years of experience working in health management, assisting individuals to meet their health needs. Through hands on experiences of working in various health care settings such as: doctor’s offices, nursing homes, and hospitals Marlaina has acquired the skills and dedication of providing care. In the process of establishing AMP Home Care Marlaina has played a part in creating the structure and the foundation of the organization. Marlaina is a Certified Trainer in CPR/FIRST AID/AED and also Medication Administration. Marlaina holds an Associate degree in Health Assistance and a certificate of completion in nursing assistance. Marlaina is a wife and mother of two with hopes of incorporating her passion and expertise in the residential program at AMP Home Care.
TREMAINE TYLER
Tremaine Tyler is the Executive Director who works with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities, Autism, and Mental Health. Tremaine is a firm believer in gift of giving. With a desire to change the stigma attached to individuals with intellectual disabilities, Tremaine works steadfast in helping these individuals become dynamic and advanced citizens of their community. Tremaine has over 5 years of experience in Secondary Education and Higher Education. Tremaine has served in many capacities in the department of Education, from teaching and holding pivotal administrative titles. Tremaine has been on board at AMP Home Care for two years now and has played a key role in the company’s development and progression. With his innovative and operative approach Tremaine continues to be a forward-thinking professional at AMP Home Care. Tremaine is a Certified Investigator and Person Centered trained. Also certified in Fire and Safety, as well as being CPR trained. Tremaine holds a Bachelor degree in Mass Communications from the historic Bethune-Cookman University. --
KRYSTIE STILES
Krystie Mallon is the Program Director of AMP Home Care. Krystie believes that with the right supports in place people can reach their true potential. Krystie knows that despite the advances in the area of residential supports for those with intellectual disabilities, mental health and autism there is still work to be done. Krystie believes that utilizing an individualized, dynamic and multifaceted approach to supporting those with intellectual disabilities, autism and mental health will provide opportunities for continued growth, increase independence and promote meaningful community involvement. Krystie believes that everyone should have a home in which they feel valued, heard and supported. It is these things that drive Krystie and her team work to continually improve and provide exceptional supports to individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental health seeking to establish “their home”.
Krystie has occupied various roles in the human services field for the past 15 years. Krystie began providing direct support in a residential setting to teens and adults with mental health and autism. Krystie provided family therapy and case management services to assist with stabilizing families involved with probation, CYF, mental health and drug and alcohol. It was during this time that Krystie earned her certification in structural strategic family therapy through Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic. Krystie then went on to supervise a residential program for adults with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnosis. During her tenure, Krystie has had the opportunity to work directly with individuals supported and direct support professionals. Krystie has had the opportunity to participate in the development of various training programs and initiatives to better support direct support professionals. Krystie also has experience in the development and training of the following areas: Everyday Lives/ Positive Approaches, Crisis Prevention and Intervention, Staff Effectiveness, and 6400 regulations. During this time, Krystie participated in the Emerging Leaders training series. Krystie has participated in hands-on as well as supervised various clinical aspects of the residential program such as completing assessments, providing behavioral supports and writing and reviewing behavioral support plans. Krystie then served as the associate director for a new residential program. During this time, Krystie was an integral part of building a new residential program, development of policies and procedures, site selection, compliance, licensing, staffing, training and supporting individuals as they transitioned into the residential program. Krystie is excited to be a part of the AMP team and looks forward to furthering the agency mission and vision to provide exceptional support to staff and those served in the residential program. Since joining AMP Home Care, Krystie has played a variety of roles in the development of the residential program. Krystie is a wife and mother of 3 and holds a master’s degree in Sociology and Criminology from Point Park University.

DIRECT CARE POSITION
Valid Driver's license and your own vehicle is required.
Compensation: $16-$17 per hour plus Yearly merit increases, AFLAC buy-in for part time or full-time staff, UPMC Gold buy-in for full-time staff and Referral Bonuses.
Direct Support Professional (DSP) will provide direct care and support to individuals with Dual Diagnosis in a home setting. Dual diagnosis is Mental health & developmental disabilities, either with Intellectual disabilities and / or Autism). AMP's DSPs provide the people we support with hands-on training, assistance and support services in a manner that ensures their health, safety and successful achievement of service objectives outlined in their Individual Service Plan (ISP). cleanliness and strong domestic skills (such as being able to cook healthy meals. Duties also include transporting clients to medical appointments, help implementing an exercise program, hygiene assistance, recreation, and medication monitoring.
